Nils Richter brings over 20 years of leadership experience across executive search, HR transformation, and venture building. With a background in biochemistry and business administration – and a career that spans multinational corporations, scale-ups, and venture capital – Nils combines analytical rigor with entrepreneurial drive.
Before founding Re:frame, Nils held C-level roles at international talent firms like Michael Page and Staffgroup, where he led teams of 200+ across multiple European offices, managed P&Ls in the tens of millions, and drove strategic growth in highly competitive markets. Most recently, as Chief Growth Officer and investor at Allygatr – Europe’s leading early-stage HR tech VC – he supported 30+ startups in scaling their go-to-market and people strategies.
What sets Nils apart is his deep operational experience and his ability to bridge the worlds of corporate structure and startup agility. Whether in Berlin or London, in the boardroom or on stage at industry events – he is known for his clarity, energy, and dedication to driving real impact through people.
